Fast Growth Business Awards 2011

Winning the top spot at the Fast Growth Business Awards this year, Asperity walked away with the coveted 'winner of winners' prize of 'Business of the Year' in addition to the 'Service Business of the Year' award in the Fast Growth Business Awards 2011.

The 2011 Sunday Times Tech Track 100

Asperity ranked number two in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100.  The league table lists Britain's one hundred privately-owned technology, media and Telecoms (TMT) companies with the fastest-growing sales over the last three years.

The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2011

  

Asperity was listed in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2011, as well as achieving the prestigious Two Star Best Companies accreditation. 

Asperity's place is attributed to the company's MD, Glenn Elliott, being "an inspiration" for employees, as well as the fantastic employee benefits package on offer - perhaps not surprising for the UK's leading employee benefits provider.

HR Excellence Awards 2011

 
Asperity client McDonald's picked up the award for 'Oustanding employee engagement strategy' in the 2011 HR Excellence Awards. McDonald's was commended by the judges for having an engagement strategy which is "firmly based in the business".

HR Excellence Awards 2010

Asperity client, IBM, was 'Highly Commended' in the Most Innovative Use of Technology category at the HR Excellence Awards 2010.

IBM Rewards, IBM's employee benefits package provided by Asperity, was praised by the judges for its employee-focused interface and its innovative use of Twitter to increase employee engagement with their benefits.

Another successful year for Asperity’s client schemes. Kent County Council, Ladbrokes and IBM were shortlisted across 4 categories, with Kent County Council winning the ‘Most effective benefits strategy in a public sector organisation’ for the Asperity-provided benefits scheme, Kent Rewards.
 
The Employee Benefits Awards 2010 were held at the London Hilton on Park Lane on 25th June 2010.
