Asperity and client Kent County Council shortlisted for two DWF Employer awards
Kent County Council and their supporting consultants Asperity Employee Benefits have been shortlisted for two awards in the prestigious DWF Employer Awards 2008.
DWF have announced that the organisations have been shortlisted for both the “Best Employee Communications” award and the “Partnerships in Business” award, in recognition of the way the two organisations have worked together to deliver innovative employee benefits programmes not only to Kent County Council, but also to a number of other public sector organisations in the Kent area.
Jane Vivier, Rewards Advisor for Kent County Council said “It’s fantastic for KCC to be recognised as one of the leaders in this field and I’m especially proud that a public sector organisation has been singled out as a finalist in the partnerships in business category. This really shows how the public sector can lead the field in creating stakeholder value by working closely with leaders in the private sector.”
The DWF Employer Awards competition was formed in 2005, to seek and find those initiatives, driven by HR professionals, that have made a real and measurable impact on the businesses or organisations they were developed in.
