Asperity and KCC win Employee Communications Award

Asperity and client Kent County Council have won the prestigious “Best Employee Communications Campaign” trophy at the annual DWF Employer Awards.
The award, given the the best communications campaign for employee benefits was sponsored and judged by Jardine Lloyds Thomson.
The judges said, of the campaign : “Through its partnership with Asperity, KCC have created a benefits package that was inclusive of everyone from grassroots level to the management. Bringing together benefits for its workforce under one umbrella has set new standards of excellence and a best practice model that may be adopted by other councils. The well thought out and effective communications programme was tailored to suit the various categories within the workforce.”
