Asperity Employee Benefits recognised as an Investor in People
Asperity Employee Benefits, the market-leading provider of integrated voluntary benefits, has been awarded the Investor in People Standard, demonstrating its committed to excellence in business performance through people.

London-based Asperity employs 30 staff at its Westbourne Grove office. They run the UK’s largest employee discount scheme for some of the UK’s largest companies, as well as for public sector and not-for-profit organisations. Asperity has been nominated for several awards for its market-leading platform, Reward Gateway. Since 2008 the company has also administered tax-efficient benefits like Childcare Vouchers and Cycle to Work schemes that enable employees to pay for Childcare and Bikes in a tax efficient way that means they save money.
