Asperity launches Reward Manager 2 - even more advanced management information for employers
Asperity has released version 2 of it’s management information system “RewardManager” for employers. The system tracks employee uptake and employee engagement across Asperity’s portfolio of voluntary benefits and allows employers to see how engagement compares across their organisation by reporting by division, location, region or other criteria that the employer specifies.
The revamped web portal now includes a range of interactive graphs and charts to help employers analyse data. Employers can zoom in on interesting parts of graphs and see more detail and can also easily sub-divide reports by various demographics. Based on a similar interface to Google’s Analytics platform, the new graphing and comparison tools allow employers to quickly see which offers and retailers are most popular by clicks and employee spend. Employers can also see which parts of their business should be targeted for specific items of benefits communication.
Asperity’s Product Director, Chris Whitcombe, said “RewardManager 2 is a real improvement and brings in many features and ideas suggested by employers. As well as a whole host of new graphs and charting tools, for the first time we’ll be tracking all employee usage of the benefits scheme – both online and offline. Our new telephone system is fully integrated meaning that every single phone call to any of the offers in our programme is now tracked and attributed to the correct employer. This is particularly important as for many of our clients who have a large number of offline workers, we need to be able to measure and report on high street and telephone offers as well as takeup of online offers.”
RewardManager 2 will be launched across Asperity’s stable of over 100 employer schemes during April and May.
