Asperity nominated for Service Business of the Year award

It has been announced this week that Asperity Employee Benefits has been shortlisted in the Service Business of the Year for the Fast Growth Business Awards 2011.

 
This is the first year that the employee benefits provider has entered into a customer service award category, having gradually scaled its Operations team over the past 4 years in line with increased client sales and employee scheme uptake.
 
Alison Crosland, Chief Operations Officer for Asperity, said: "Everybody in Asperity works hard to deliver a first-class service to our clients and end users. As a business we invest a lot of time and resource in customer service training and in keeping a constant dialogue with our customers, in order to continually improve on our already outstanding service. The company has grown very quickly and often when businesses scale up the high standard of customer service does not follow with it; however we have always been determined to maintain the exceptional level of service which in many ways enabled us to scale the business in the first place."
 
Greg Jones, Managing Director, NatWest Commercial Banking, London & South East, one of the judges for the awards commented: "The quality and volume of entries for this year’s awards has been outstanding, and highlights that despite the challenges of the last two years that UK business owners continue to enjoy growth."
