Asperity partners with Jelf Group to bring employee discounts to Total Reward
The Jelf Group has joined forces with Asperity Employee Benefits – providers of Reward Gateway, the UK’s biggest employee discounts programme.
The partnership will enable the Jelf Group to further develop its employee benefits offering, mybenefits™, by integrating with Reward Gateway, creating a market-leading proposition.
Since being launched by Asperity in 2006, Reward Gateway has become the UK’s biggest online voluntary benefits scheme, offering discounts at over 1,300 retailers – more choice than any other employee discount scheme. The scheme is now used by some of the UK’s leading employers and reaches over 500,000 employees at nearly 100 employers.
The tie-up will see the Jelf Group phase out its existing voluntary benefits portal, mydiscountclub, and introduce the Reward Gateway package to its clients. The new portal, which will be powered by Asperity and feature all the benefits of Reward Gateway, will be launched by the Jelf Group as ‘myshopping’ under the mybenefits™ brand.
myshopping will give employees access to thousands of discounted products from over 1,300 retailers. With a Cashback service and the most advanced management information system in the market, myshopping will be a highly competitive and cost effective voluntary benefits solution offering employees real savings, choice and flexibility and creating significant value for employers.
The savings made by users of myshopping will be itemised on their Total Reward Statements, bringing together voluntary benefits and TRS for the first time and making employee discounts a clear and measurable part of the remuneration package.
