AXA launches voluntary benefits with Asperity
Financial services firm Axa has launched a new employee discount scheme for its 10,000 employees across the UK.
The new scheme, which went live in September, offers staff discounts at over 1,500 retailers online, by telephone, and on the high street. It offers brands such as Sainsbury’s, Debenhams, Vodafone and Comet via Asperity’s Reward Gateway web platform.
The scheme comes with a dedicated telephone support helpdesk for employees, which is open seven days a week, 364 days per year.
Nadeen Barker, reward consultant at Axa, said: “The transition to [the scheme] and its integration with our wider benefits offering has been very smooth. We are really pleased with the new scheme and current take-up rates by employees.”
