BBC Staff to benefit from discounted retail vouchers
Through the BBC Club, staff at the corporation are to benefit from a range of discounted retail vouchers from 1st June. Retail vouchers accepted at over 100 stores including M&S, Debenhams, Sainsbury’s and Arcadia Group are included in the package with discounts of up to 8% off the face value. Vouchers can be ordered by calling a discounts helpline operated by scheme provider Asperity Employee Benefits.
Asperity already provide BBC staff with access to their Reward Gateway employee discounts scheme that has over 1000 discounts and benefits across a wide range of retailers. The discounted retail vouchers offer has been added at no cost to the BBC or the Club to enhance the offering and appeal particularly to staff who prefer to shop in the high street.
The BBC Club is an independent, not for profit members club exclusively for employees and those of its service partners. The Club is self funding and has an 81 year history of providing social, fitness and recreational facilities as well as discounts and benefits.
