Glasgow Housing Association (GHA) launches employee discounts.
Glasgow Housing Association (GHA) has launched a voluntary benefits scheme for its 2,000 staff.
The scheme, which is called GHA Reward and provided by Asperity Employee Benefits, was rolled out last month.
Staff can access more than 1,500 discounts at national retailers, such as Debenhams, Vodafone and Sainsbury’s, as well as at local independent stores. Savings can be made online, over the phone and in-store.
Employee take-up exceeded 20% in the first week after the scheme’s launch, and rose to 45% in less than a month
Fiona McLean, GHA’s manager of Glasgow Gold, said: “We are delighted at the response from employees in this initial launch period. With the Christmas season approaching, GHA Reward offers some fantastic money-saving opportunities for employees.”
