Launch of vbexcellence '07 research
Asperity Employee Benefits in association with Employee Reward & Benefits magazine has launched phase 2 of “vbexcellence ‘07”, the UK’s biggest ever research study into the value and best practices in voluntary benefits.
The multi-stage study of value derived from voluntary benefits began in February 2007 with in depth research at major UK employees including Sainsbury’s, Ford, Travis Perkins, Xansa and BSkyB.
Phase 2 of the research is open to all UK based organisations and seeks to identify, quantify and share best practice within the voluntary benefits arena.
The study is being managed by independent research agency Alan Voyle Associates working with Employee Reward & Benefit magazine. Asperity Employee Benefits and the Jelf Group are co-sponsors of the landmark study.
