Malmaison moves VB to Asperity to aid recruitment and retention
Boutique hotels group Malmaison has moved it’s voluntary benefits programme to Asperity in a move aimed at increasing uptake across its employee base. The group, which owns both Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin chains has some 2000 staff across 23 hotels in the UK.
Group Director of People, Sean Wheeler said “Hospitality is a competitive market in terms of recruitment and it’s really important for us to have the right reward and benefit package. Asperity’s new employee discounts package is a great addition to that package and will help keep us at the forefront in our industry”.
Asperity have designed a tailored employee communications campaign with distinctive and individual communications for each hotel in the luxury hotel network. This approach is designed to make communications feel relevant and local to staff and each hotel. Pensions and Benefits consultant Davidson Asset Management assisted Malmaison on procurement, selection and implementation.
