Monmouthshire County Council launches new online benefits programme with Asperity
Monmouthshire County Council has appointed Asperity Employee Benefits to provide a tailor-made online benefits programme for its 4,000 employees.
The ‘MCC Benefits’ programme was launched at the beginning of October on the latest version of Asperity’s Reward Gateway platform, which allows full customisation and branding of client sites. The MCC Benefits site features pictures from around the county, showing off its impressive landscape and cultural attractions and this visual feature has been designed to make the scheme feel “like home” to the council’s staff. The programme itself offers employees a wide range of discounts and savings at over 1,500 retailers online, over the phone and in-store. Retailers such as M&S, John Lewis, Argos, ASDA and Arcadia group are all part of the scheme which also allows council staff to earn Cashback when they shop online and order retail vouchers at discounts of up to 13%.
Monmouthshire County Council’s Principal HR Manager, David Bartlett commented: “We are really pleased with the look and feel of the MCC Benefits site. It’s important that our employees feel proud of working for Monmouthshire, and feel valued for their hard work. The user-friendliness of the site will ensure a good level of uptake, and the discounts and savings available through Reward Gateway offer something for everybody.”
