Travis Perkins switches to Asperity to drive employee engagement

Travis Perkins plc, the leading builders merchant and owner of Wickes DIY chain, has consolidated its voluntary benefits provision with Asperity Employee Benefits to drive a more consistent brand message across the Group, broaden its benefit offering and increase employee engagement.

In the new venture, Asperity’s Reward Gateway platform has been deployed across the group to offer over 17,000 Travis Perkins’ employees a much wider range of benefits through online and telephone offers, as well as shopping discounts from High Street stores.

Asperity also provides the company with an integrated employee telephone helpdesk to seamlessly link employees with the providers of a range of salary sacrifice benefits including Childcare vouchers and Cycle to Work.
