Asperity Employee Benefits
New White Paper - Why it's worth making employee discounts relevant
again
This month's lead research article is our new white paper, written by
Helen Craik, Asperity's Director of HR Policy & Strategy. As an HR
professional, Helen has many years of experience of advising
companies on reward and benefit strategy and this white paper asks some
insightful
and thought provoking questions on getting value from your voluntary
benefits scheme.
Read the full white paper online or download a PDF.
If you have any questions or feedback on this white paper then Helen would love to hear them. Helen can be
reached at helen@asperity.co.uk.
Reaching out to a diverse employee population
Many of you will have diverse employee populations, with staff based in
offices, branches, stores and manufacturing or distribution. It's vital
for a
voluntary benefits scheme to be accessible by all of your employees
whether they have easy access to the internet or not.
Although internet penetration has
never been higher and is growing strongly in all demographics, it is

discounts wherever they choose to shop - whether it is online, on the
phone
or in the high street. Reward Gateway provides a three tier model
ensuring that access is provided across your employee population. Read more about our multi level approach.

didn't really provide genuine enough discounts for staff that could
compete
with the increasingly competitive high street. This means that voluntary
employee benefits had fallen down the priority list for both employers
and
providers, reducing the opportunity for employers to benefit from what
is arguably the most cost-effective way of motivating and creating
loyalty in
your workforce (See research by TNS for more on this).

designed to re-invent the
