Benefits Scheme Planning
Planning a benefits scheme for your organisation typically involves looking at your existing benefits (where you have them), looking at what your employees would value, and looking at what your organisation can afford to provide. Bridging the gaps is where your chosen provider comes in, and with the right provider you should be able to determine the right mix.
Typically we work with organisations who are in three distinct situations :
- Organisations who have a mix of benefits already but are unhappy with the mix, with the employee uptake (engagement) and / or the communication of those benefits
- Organisations who have one or two benefits in place, commonly Childcare Vouchers and are looking to enhance the overall proposition to employees by revamping and relaunching the benefits package and adding to it.
- Organisations who have a small benefits package (commonly a small employee discounts package) managed in-house and are looking to relaunch and boost the benefits available whilst reducing the internal admin burden by appointing a specialist supplier.
