Pricing for SME's

Reward Gateway SME is designed for employers with less than 200 staff. If you have 200 or more staff then please contact us about our corporate product which is priced differently.

Simple, straightforward pricing

Reward Gateway SME costs just £25 per employee per year (ex VAT).

  • You can buy employee licences in blocks of 10 (£250 per block), and the minimum order quantity is 20 licences (ie a £500 minimum order).
  • The annual cost is fully inclusive and there are no setup costs or other costs that you need to pay.
  • Annual licence costs need to be paid in advance, with your order before we can start implementation.

What does that include?

The fully inclusive price includes :

  • Access to our full range of over 1300 offers for your employees, including discounts available online, discounts available on the phone and discounted high street gift vouchers.
  • Scheme website personalised to your company with your company logo
  • Online management information console so you can see how often your staff are using the website and how much they are spending through it
  • Online administration system so that you can add new employees and remove employees who have left
  • Online control of offers so you can remove any offer that you do not wish to promote
  • Downloadable employee communications toolkit including posters, leaflets and email templates so that you can communicate the new scheme to your staff
  • A sample employee communications plan to help you get your scheme off teh ground and get value from it for your company
