What do you mean by smaller employer?

How does the SME product differ from the corporate product?

The offers and discounts available to staff are the same on both products.

To keep the cost low for SME's, and in particular to have a low minimum annual fee of just £250, we've made the product a little more self-service so that you're not paying us for account management and support that you can do yourself.

Key differences are ;

  • Our corporate product comes with full, proactive employee communications support and planning, whereas the SME product provides an easy-to-use set of downloadable templates for posters and leaflets that you can tailor in Word and print out yourself
  • Our corporate product comes with an account manager to tailor and configure the website for you, whereas our SME product users will tailor the scheme themselves through our easy to use, online admin panel
  • Our corporate product is heavily customisable to meet the varying needs of corporates in terms of branding, registration and extra features, whereas the SME product is straightforward and read to use "out of the box" - we upload your logo, pick your website name and you are off
  • Our corporate product allows employees to register in a number of ways, whereas the SME product has simple employer registration - you appoint a system administrator to add joiners and leavers to the system to give them access.

How much work will it be for me ?

Very little.

All we need from you to implement your scheme website are the details on our online order form.

After that, you should appoint a system administrator who will use the easy, online admin system to add new staff, remove leavers, remove any offers that you don't want and download the communications materials.

For most small companies, 10 minutes per week is all that would be required to add and remove joiners and leavers and check the new offers that we have added to the scheme.
