Scheme design - keynote
Why "demographic tailoring" doesn't work and how you should design an employee discounts scheme for maximum value.
At the HR and Employee Benefits conference in Manchester on 2nd May 2007, Asperity's MD, Glenn Elliott, addressed the audience with a keynote speech on Benefits Scheme design.
In the talk, entitled "Value from Voluntary", Glenn explained why the "demographic tailoring" method used by many scheme providers fails to deliver employer value and how the three layer approach used by Asperity delivers significantly stronger employee engagement and value.
