Asperity pioneered the use of Cashback in employee discounts in 2006 and we’re still the leader with the only genuinely integrated Cashback scheme in the UK. We handle over £250 million of annual employee spend through Cashback offers alone so you can be sure that we are the experts and leaders in the industry. Your staff simply shop online, following the special links to their favorite retailers, and we do the rest. Instead of a straight discount, the equivalent amount accumulates in their online Reward Gateway account where they can then withdraw it as a cheque or bank transfer. As you’d guess from Asperity there are no withdrawal charges and no minimum withdrawal limits. In fact, nothing to get in the way of a fantastic employee experience.
Reloadable In-Store Cards
For key retailers including ASDA, Sainsbury’s, House of Fraser and Debenhams we offer free of charge reloadable cards that your staff can top up with money and then spend in store. When they top up, they get a discount ranging from 5% to 10% depending on the retailer. As you’d expect, cards are sent out free and we have no transaction charges for top ups.
We process, register and top up thousands of cards each week and operate a slick, high tech system to ensure the process runs smoothly. Staff without internet access can do the whole process over the phone by calling our friendly in-house helpdesk 7 days per week.
Discounted Retail Vouchers
Discounted Retail Vouchers allow staff to get an in-store discount at many high street retailers and they can be used in addition to already reduced prices, or in the sales – making a genuine saving. Unusually, we run the whole service in-house – from order to dispatch. This means we can guarantee high standards of service and include features like:
- No minimum order quantity
- Free, insured delivery on every order
- Same day dispatch for orders received before 11am
- Free replacement for vouchers lost in the post
